‘Halfway To Heaven’ is the beautiful new track from Kristian North. Musically, he crafts a psychedelic landscape and fills it with jangling blues guitars, melodic saxophone breaks and a wobbly, yet delicate lead vocal. He describes the track as: “It’s romance, it’s realism... I wrote it in Portugal at the end of this tour in Europe last year, so I hear castles all over the thing. Even troubadours are singing.” It comes with a Jordan Minkoff-directed video filled with cartoonish weirdness. His album, Passion Play, drops Friday 30^th April and will be filled with more modern rock ‘n’ roll beauty. -Dan Peeke
